Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years in management consulting with experience in strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Miro, Asana).
• Ability to manage projects independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to senior management.
