Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join a fully remote team focused on Strategy & Execution. You will partner with clients to translate high-level vision into actionable initiatives, define strategic objectives, and drive performance improvements across organizations.

You will leverage advanced frameworks, manage stakeholder expectations, run remote workshops, and guide national clients through strategy formulation and execution to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles.
• Demonstrated success in guiding organizations through strategy formulation and execution.
• Expertise in strategic frameworks, performance management, and project execution methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and develop executable strategic plans.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.
• Develop frameworks and tools to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to client teams during strategy execution phases.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and buy-in.
