Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Management Consultant to spearhead strategy and operations projects in a remote-first role across South Africa. You will lead client engagements, develop innovative strategies, and drive operational improvements that create significant value.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, 8+ years in management consulting, and a proven ability to lead large transformation programs, mentor teams, and manage senior stakeholder

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, operational models, and performance improvement initiatives for clients.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of client businesses, identifying key challenges and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team success.
• Lead client workshops, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and intellectual capital in strategy and operations.
