Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant for a fully remote position. You will lead and deliver complex strategic initiatives for a global clientele, guiding clients through transformation with expert analysis and robust implementation support.

You will mentor junior team members, develop strategic recommendations for C-suite executives, manage budgets and timelines, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; a PhD is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale client engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Develop and present sophisticated strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, market dynamics, and organizational structures.
• Oversee the execution of project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work.
• Drive the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Build and nurture long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and change management initiatives.
