Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management with 4+ years in infra, strong leadership, and proven vendor and stakeholder management across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management with at least 4 years on infrastructure and network projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure projects including network rollouts, data centers, and cloud initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; PMP/ITIL certifications desirable.
• Experience with budget management and cost control for large IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of IT infrastructure and network projects from planning through closure.
• Create detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee network upgrades, server deployments, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Mentor and manage project teams in a remote environment to maintain high performance.
• Identify risks, implement contingency plans, and manage issues across projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in IT project management and infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
