Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Systems Engineer for a fully remote role. You will lead modeling, simulation and optimization efforts on complex industrial systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

You will apply advanced techniques, mentor teams remotely, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating across functions to drive operational improvements from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree required in Industrial/Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial systems engineering or related domain.
• Strong modeling, simulation, optimization and statistics skills.
• Proficiency with AnyLogic, Arena and analytical tools.
• Ability to lead complex projects remotely and guide teams.
