Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering or quality engineering with focus on quality systems.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, statistical methods, and root cause analysis tools.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
• Design and conduct process capability studies and SPC analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and deliver training on quality standards and procedures to relevant personnel.
