Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Hospitality Consultant with at least 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management or consulting to assess client operations and develop actionable recommendations.

You will advise across F&B, accommodation, marketing, and finance, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with clients virtually to implement solutions while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management or consulting.
• Expertise in at least two key areas of hospitality operations (e.g., F&B, accommodation, marketing, finance).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects remotely.
• Proficiency with relevant software for analysis, reporting, and virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop customized strategic plans and actionable recommendations for clients in areas such as service improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in hotel management, restaurant operations, event planning, and customer service.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with clients virtually to implement recommendations and track progress.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in hospitality.
