Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join a remote finance team. You will deliver strategic financial insights, lead budgets and forecasts, and produce reports for senior leadership.

The role is fully remote, requires 6+ years FP&A/management accounting and professional qualifications (CIMA/CA(SA) preferred). You will develop financial models and mentor junior staff in a global, virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in management accounting, FP&A, or related area.
• Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform variance analyses, profitability studies, and ROI calculations.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and controls in a remote setup.
• Mentor junior finance team members in a virtual environment.
