Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Controller to lead financial operations in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee accounting, reporting under IFRS, and internal controls while guiding a distributed team.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting, a professional designation (CA/CPA/ACCA), and proficiency with SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel. You will drive monthly closes, budgeting, audits, and process improvements while partnering with senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/ACCA/CPA is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/financial management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Lead and mentor the remote accounting team and coordinate with external auditors.
