• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Bloomberg/Refinitiv a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.


• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.


• Support the deal team throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.


• Prepare financial presentations, reports, and memos for senior management and investment committees.


• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators of target companies.


• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing financial support.


• Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums and other transaction-related documentation.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes.


• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is mandatory. An MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation is highly preferred.


• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.


• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and financial statement analysis.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is a strong asset.


• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a remote environment.
