Requires 5+ years in a senior catering role and a hospitality or related degree.

• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all catering aspects for events within budget and timelines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to design customized catering solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menus considering dietary needs and seasonality.
• Supervise on-site and delegated remote setups with professional presentation.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify improvements.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Train and mentor junior catering staff.
• Prepare detailed event proposals and financial summaries for clients.
