Qualifications

• Proven experience as Catering Manager or Senior Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement catering plans, menus, and event timelines with clients and sales teams.
• Oversee event logistics: staffing, equipment, vendor management, and on-site coordination (remote direction of on-site teams).
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for events.
• Conduct post-event analysis to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Source and maintain relationships with food & beverage suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
