Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Catering Operations Manager to lead remote catering operations for high-profile events. You will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive client satisfaction from a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in catering operations management, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale events and complex operations.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage management, inventory control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day catering operations from a remote location.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage a dispersed team of catering staff, including event coordinators, chefs, and service personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP) across all event sites through remote monitoring and training.
