Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with senior/lead roles.
• Deep expertise in power systems, protection, controls, and distribution.
• Experience leading large projects and managing engineering teams.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design, development, and implementation of complex systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Conduct power system analysis, fault studies, and reliability assessments.
• Oversee selection and specification of critical electrical equipment for safety and performance.
• Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and documentation.
