Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• Develop and maintain robust electrical system architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of extensive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role .
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems, control systems, embedded systems, and/or signal processing.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation, modeling, and design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, CAD packages).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
