Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Performance Tuning Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will develop, test, and refine high-performance engine tunes across a wide range of vehicles using remote diagnostic tools and data logging.

You will work independently from a home office while collaborating virtually with engineers and developers to push automotive performance boundaries. This role emphasizes technical excellence and safe performance gains.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Automotive Performance Tuning and engine calibration.
• Deep understanding of engine theory, forced induction, and EMS principles.
• Proficiency with tuning software and data-logging tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate custom ECU tunes for multiple vehicles.
• Analyze engine data logs to identify tuning opportunities.
