Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Dispatch Manager to lead its dispatch operations from a fully remote location across a national freight network. You will optimize routes, monitor performance, and drive cost-efficient, compliant transport activities with a data-driven mindset.

You will manage a remote team of dispatchers, coordinate with drivers and clients, and shape dispatch strategies to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in transportation dispatch and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a senior or management capacity.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and implementing remote operating strategies.
• Expert knowledge of dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and transportation management systems (TMS).
