Placements24 client seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to bridge development and IT operations in a fully remote engineering team. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, while driving automation and best practices across the stack.

The role emphasizes cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Terraform/Ansible for IaC, and Docker/Kubernetes for containerization. Strong scripting, monitoring, and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Networking concepts and security best practices; remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement and manage Docker and Kubernetes environments.
