Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Mathematics, or related).
• 5+ years hands-on data science with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML and DL models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements and analytical approaches.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with AI advancements and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
