Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of ML projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Perform data exploration, cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation on large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the impact of ML solutions.
