Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Education or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Proven track record of successful consulting engagements or educational reform initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities with virtual collaboration proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational institutions' current practices and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop strategic recommendations for curriculum enhancement, pedagogical innovation, and program design.
• Advise on implementation of educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and policymakers to align recommendations with goals.
• Design and deliver professional development workshops and training for educators and staff, virtually or in-person.
• Stay updated on trends and research to inform consulting strategies.
