Placements24 is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end management of complex commercial contracts in a fully remote South Africa role.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and supervise supplier, service level and partnership agreements, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business objectives. This role requires collaboration with sales, procurement and finance and a proactive, remote-friendly approach.

Competenze

• LLB degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in contract management or related legal field, preferably in-house.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, review and interpret complex contracts.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts (supplier, service level, partnership).
• Ensure contracts are legally sound and compliant with SA laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and finance to meet contract requirements and execution timelines.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments and terminations; maintain records in CM system.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
