Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead our contract management remotely. You will oversee drafting, negotiation, and renewal to ensure compliant, business-aligned contracts.

Collaborate with legal, procurement, and sales, develop templates, monitor obligations, and guide policy. Requires 6+ years in contract management and a related law/BA degree. Remote, national scope, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management or related legal field.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and clauses to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including monitoring key dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on contract policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes.
• Analyze contract performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
