Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our fully remote legal team. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution, working closely with sales, procurement, and legal departments to protect the company’s interests.

The ideal candidate has a law-related degree, at least five years in contract management, and a strong grasp of contract law and negotiation. This role offers remote flexibility and exposure to diverse commercial agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of contract management or related role.
Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
Manage the contract lifecycle with proper documentation, storage and tracking.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and advise business stakeholders.
Liaise with legal counsel and other departments to ensure contract compliance.
Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions.
Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
