Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing, with remote experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing content strategies that drive traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Expertise in SEO, content optimization techniques, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Oversee creation and distribution of content across blogs, social, email, and website.
• Define content calendars, editorial guidelines, and style guides.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia assets.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
