The candidate will develop strategies, manage calendars, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 6+ years in content strategy or digital marketing with a strong content focus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute measurable content marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diverse portfolio.
• Experience with CMS and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; strategic and analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals and audience needs.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and content audits to inform strategy.
• Create content calendars outlining themes, topics, formats, and distribution channels.
• Oversee creation of high-quality content across blogs, website copy, social media, video scripts, and infographics.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, video, and other creators to ensure cohesive execution.
• Define KPIs and track performance using analytics tools; derive insights for optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior content team members and freelancers.
• Stay updated on content marketing, SEO, social media, and digital advertising trends.
• Present content strategies and performance reports to clients clearly and persuasively.
