Ideal candidates have 6+ years in content strategy or content marketing, strong writing and SEO skills, CMS experience, and proven success with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
• 6+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or similar roles, including remote work.
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies across diverse digital channels.
• Strong portfolio of published content showing writing, editing, and content governance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define content goals, audiences, and governance for cross-channel strategy.
• Audit content, identify gaps, and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Define pillars, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure brand consistency.
• Create content calendars and manage editorial workflows from ideation to publication.
