Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Management Consultant who specializes in Strategy & Transformation. You will guide C-suite executives and project teams through complex strategic shifts and digital transformations, working from a remote-first setup to deliver across diverse nationwide clients.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, perform market analyses, craft strategic plans, and mentor junior consultants, all while maintaining strong virtual communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale strategic transformation projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning frameworks, business process re-engineering, and change management methodologies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) highly desirable.

You will work with C-suite executives and project teams to devise and implement impactful strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth, regardless of geographical boundaries. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the challenge of tackling significant business problems for a diverse client base.
