Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of property or portfolio management experience.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and lease administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance portfolio value and financial objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure lease compliance and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance.
