The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of claims adjusting, strong knowledge of policies, and proficient use of claims management software. This role emphasizes analytical skills and independent remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster handling complex claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, liability and coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; negotiation skills.
• Proficient with claims management software and office apps.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Certified claims adjusting certification a plus.

• Investigate insurance claims through interviews, documents, and site visits when needed.
• Evaluate liability and coverage based on policy terms.
• Assess damages value and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare detailed claim reports with findings and recommendations.
• Manage a caseload from report to final resolution.
• Maintain organized claim files using the claims system.
• Communicate clearly with claimants, providing updates.
