Qualifications

• Master's in Civil Engineering with water resources or environmental focus.
• ECSA Pr Eng registration highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive water and sanitation engineering experience.
• Experience leading remote teams and collaborating virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of water and wastewater projects including plants and networks.
• Perform hydraulic and hydrological modeling with industry tools.
• Develop designs, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client communications remotely.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff virtually.
• Prepare reports, feasibility studies, and tender documents.
• Support business development and client engagement for new projects.
