Placements24 is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer focused on Urban Development Planning to join a fully remote team. You will contribute to strategic vision, master planning, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across locations to shape sustainable urban growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering related to urban planning and land development.
• Proficiency in design and GIS software.
• Strong understanding of land use planning, zoning, and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed site plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Design and integrate infrastructure such as roads, stormwater management, and utilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare planning documents, reports, and presentations for regulatory approvals and client review.
• Collaborate effectively with remote architects, planners, and other engineering disciplines.
• Stay current with urban planning best practices, zoning regulations, and sustainable development principles.
