You will design experiments, analyze data, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to patent-ready outputs and scalable processes.

Formación

• PhD or Master's in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in chemical R&D with proven product/process development.
• Experience leading complex R&D projects and publishing results.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute experimental plans for lab and pilot studies.
