Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in R&D with process design/optimization experience.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of kinetics, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and experimental design skills.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experimentation to develop new chemical processes and improve existing ones.
• Design and execute laboratory and pilot-scale studies to evaluate process feasibility and performance.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and develop theoretical models for process understanding.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects and technology development.
