Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive chassis systems engineering.
Expertise in suspension, steering, and braking system design and integration.
Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools and remote collaboration in global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and integration of automotive chassis systems, including suspension, steering, and braking components.
Perform advanced simulations and analyses (FEA, CFD, Multibody Dynamics) to optimize chassis performance, durability, and NVH.
Define system requirements and specifications for chassis components, ensuring compliance with targets and standards.
Collaborate with international and domestic cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Manage testing and validation of chassis systems, including component and full-vehicle testing.
Develop and maintain design documentation, reports, and validation plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues related to chassis performance and integration.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Stay current with new technologies and trends in automotive chassis design and vehicle dynamics.
