You will lead simulations, develop testing plans, collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive chassis components and systems (suspension, steering, braking).
• Conduct simulations and analyses (FEA, multibody dynamics) to optimize chassis performance.
• Develop and execute chassis testing plans, including track and lab testing.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot chassis-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on latest chassis technologies and industry practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure chassis systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
