Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive chassis systems design and development.
Proven experience with suspension, steering, and braking system design.
Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools for MBD/FEA.
Strong vehicle dynamics and performance tuning knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate automotive chassis systems (suspension, steering, braking).
Define system requirements, specifications, and architecture for chassis components.
Use CAD/CAE tools for design, analysis (MBD, FEA) and simulation.
Perform vehicle dynamics analysis and testing to meet performance targets.
Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams through development lifecycle.
Develop and execute component and system-level test plans (virtual and physical).
Troubleshoot and resolve design and validation issues; implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
Prepare technical documentation for reviews and updates.
