Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on bioinformatics analysis experience, with focus on genomics and transcriptomics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and/or Perl.
• Extensive experience with Unix/Linux environments and command-line interfaces.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning for biological data.
• Experience with NGS data analysis and pipelines.
• Experience working in a remote setting and collaboration across teams.
