The role focuses on implementing BIM standards, managing software and hardware infrastructure, and mentoring project teams to improve efficiency and data quality.

You will develop BIM execution plans, stay current with ISO 19650, oversee audits, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality BIM deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years in AEC with at least 5 years focused on BIM management.
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and BIM execution plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across the organization.
• Manage BIM software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
• Lead and mentor BIM coordinators and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for various project phases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into all aspects of the design and construction process.
• Conduct regular BIM audits and quality control checks.

• Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, standards, and best practices.
