You will develop standards, templates, and BEPs, train teams, and coordinate with consultants to resolve clashes. The role combines office-based work with hybrid flexibility in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a BIM Specialist or BIM Manager in an architectural context.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM 360 or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design processes and construction documentation.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, crucial for working in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Create and manage complex BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
• Provide technical support and training to architectural staff on BIM software and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to integrate BIM into all project phases.
• Lead the coordination of BIM models with consultants (structural, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
