Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join a fully remote, globally distributed team focused on Stellenbosch-originating projects. You will establish BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and ensure data exchange across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of BIM coordination experience and expert skills in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, with ISO 19650 know-how, and strong leadership and communication to guide dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of BIM coordination/management experience.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards like ISO 19650.
• Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects remotely with dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
