About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead BIM Specialist to spearhead their Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives within a fully remote setting. This senior role is responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across all projects. You will guide a team of BIM coordinators and technicians, ensuring the effective use of BIM technology for design, documentation, and construction coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep expertise in BIM software and a passion for driving technological innovation in the architecture and construction industry, working entirely from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company-wide BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
