Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Proven expertise in using advanced diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• In-depth understanding of automotive electrical systems, CAN bus, and powertrain components.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guiding remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth remote diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, identifying root causes of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Utilize remote diagnostic software, vehicle communication interfaces, and data logging tools to gather and analyze vehicle performance data.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable diagnostic reports and repair recommendations to field service technicians.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to elevate complex issues and develop solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of automotive systems, diagnostic procedures, and common vehicle problems.
