Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is seeking Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across the country. As an SDR, you will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

You'll own outbound outreach, personalize messaging, maintain clean CRM records and continuously test messaging to improve targeting and response.

Competenze

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

• Source and research ideal accounts across SA.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
