Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and contribute to a high-quality, thoughtful outreach approach.

This is a remote, full-time role within South Africa. You will work with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
