Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

This is a full-time remote role to drive pipeline and growth for Blacksmith Agency.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; quota-carrying background welcomed.
• At least 2 years in SDR/BDR, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with sales team.
