Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. As a Telesales Agent, you will own the top of the funnel—researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith to prospective clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, not spam, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals without sacrificing touch quality. Remote within SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• B2B sales experience preferred; quota carrying
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
