Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit pipeline goals while keeping every touchpoint thoughtful and personalized. This is a fully remote role with room to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
