Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
